Rahm Emmanuel, mayor of Chicago, snubbed President Elect Trump by claiming that his city of Chicago will remain a “Sanctuary City” despite the President’s wishes to end such programs.
Now the Trump administration must find a place for Chris Christie, an early backer of the campaign after he dropped out in January.
Why not minister of Chicago’s roads and bridges? It may send a message to Rahm that the “right people” are on the job.
**Now before you go hyperventilating, this was a tongue in cheek work of comedy. Christie is not likely to be appointed anything. In fact, Trump can’t even appoint an individual Department Head per city.
There are even reports that President Elect Trump is upset with Christies conduct during the George Washington “Bridgegate”
