NY Releases Child Rapist Thanks To Cuomo’s Bail Reform Law

A man arrested for raping a child has been released without bail in New York, thanks to Governor Cuomo and Alexia Octavio-Cortez’s bail reform law. The law passed last year and went into effect January 1st.

29 year old Lee Wagner of upstate Scott, New York was arrested for raping a 13 year old, as well as getting her high on marijuana.

An investigation into sex abuse determined that Lee was abusing the girl. Police eventually arrested Lee.

Police charged Wagner with second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sex act, second-degree criminal sale of marijuana, felonies, as well as endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

  1. Those in government to pass laws like this should be held accountable for their stupidity and their ignorance those that pass laws like this need to be arrested Immediately those in our government should be held to a higher standard
