Senator Tim Scott lays into Democrats over Blocking JUSTICE act

Senate Democrats have blocked the JUSTICE act today, a GOP backed police reform bill which would have created multiple federal incentives for police departments nationwide to adopt new policies. These policies aimed to help keep police more accountable and reduce violent incidents with civilians.

Emergency grants for more body cameras, more oversight on use of force and no knock raids, creation of a commission to analyze the conditions of black males are all steps outlined in the bill. The full transcript can be found here:
