Controversial gun ban in Virginia
Virginia. House of Delegates has passed a ban on assault weapons. Requesting the owners of assault weapons to dispose of their firearms accessories such as trigger activator and many other accessories and magazines than holding more than 12 rounds need to dispose of them before January 1, 2021, the current owners of these so-called assault weapons will be grandfathered
This law House Bill 961, barely was approved 51-48 vote Tuesday afternoon.
The bill will prohibit sales of weapons, magazines that hold more than 12 rounds, they will mark this offense as class 6 felony
Anything that revolves around accessories of assault weapons is going to be completely illegal to the public.
