Joe Biden is going to rent a DC apartment out as a 2nd White House if President Donald Trump refuses to vacate the White House on inauguration day, according to sources. Mr. Biden is claiming victory through the electoral college, though President Trump is still refusing to concede, citing voter fraud and a number of disturbing allegations out of Detroit, Philadelphia and Atlanta.
Biden and Harris will effectively operate a 2nd US Govt in opposition to Trump, sources say. There’s little Biden can do should Trump refuse to leave office.
