Evidence In Murders Robberies And Rapes Lost Forever After Rioters Burned Down Minneapolis Police Precinct
The rioters and protesters of George Floyd may be very happy that the police precinct where the police officers belonged to was burned down this past week. But the families of murder victims and rape victims themselves are not going to be.
It’s now becoming apparent that countless murder, rape and robbery cases may now be impossible to prosecute as physical evidence stored at the police precinct would also be lost in the fire. And even if some evidence survived, it is now undoubtedly compromised completely and would not survive a suppression hearing.
