Obama Swoops in to Save Joe Biden’s Low Energy Campaign
Former President Barack Obama has jumped back onto the campaign trail for his former subordinate Joe Biden. Biden has not made many public appearances and the few he has made have shown the public a confused and tongue twisted old man. Fundraising for the democratic camp isn’t looking great either when compared to the Trump campaign
Trump has the fundraising advantage with about double the cash on hand. Its understandably difficult for people to get excited with someone that walks and talks like Joe Biden. Elect-ability is an issue Joe has struggled with in the past as a failed presidential candidate and natural solution for his camp is to introduce a figurehead who was electable.
Strategically using the voice of someone democratic constituents actually like may improve Biden’s fundraising efforts. No doubt this will be the first of many similar events planned to help Joe sheepishly finish the race.
