Sickly illegal migrants entered European waters without papers and once rescued, got mad and refused to quarantine.
The migrants, who seemed to hail largely from Eritrea, grew irate and combative when asked to quarantine.
Italy has seen a very bad death toll from coronavirus, with tens of thousands reported dead. Many migrants coming from Africa illegally have been found to have coronavirus after being tested.
Meanwhile, many Italians have been unable to get tested if they think they have coronavirus.
