Trump quietly planning on using “Insurrection Act” to remove undocumented migrants
As the Impeachment heats up, something very interesting is going on in the halls of Justice.
Donald Trump is using a 1807 law to bring his fantasies to life.
It could possibly mean every illegal alien here would be collected, and forced out of America.
The 1807 law reads as follows:
Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.

President Trump wants to use the “tremendous powers” of the Insurrection Act to deport illegal immigrants.
Multiple senior administration officials said Trump sees the little-known law as a powerful tool to help his crackdown on illegal immigration, the Daily Caller reported Thursday.
“We’re doing the Insurrection Act,” said one official.
