Pelosi removes Mike Pence out of his office using House Rules
She was never a big fan of Mike Pence, and now Nancy Pelosi has used her position of Speaker of the House, and house rules, the remove Mike Pence from his office that he’s held since the inauguration.
The office was an honorary spot given to him by his old friend, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, who resigned. Afterwards, Pelosi and her party took control of the House, and decided to remove Pence.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi revoked Vice President Mike Pence’s office space on the House side of the United States Capitol Building. According to Business Insider, it’s rare for a vice president to have an office on the House side.
Former House Speaker Paul Ryan gave the vice president a ceremonial office space on the House side after his and Trump’s inauguration. Pence served in the House alongside Ryan before becoming both vice president and the governor of Indiana.
